Work has officially started on a new grade school in Uvalde. On Saturday, the community celebrated the groundbreaking on a new school for those students who would have attended Robb Elementary, where a mass shooting took 21 lives last year. The new school will include a tribute to those who lost their lives that day, as well as updated safety features and increased mental health resources.
