Texas Tech will welcome Kansas State to Lubbock for Big 12 conference play on Saturday night. The Red Raiders have won two straight to improve to 3-and-3.
TCU is set to host BYU in Fort Worth on Saturday afternoon. The Horned Frogs have lost two in-a-row to fall to 3-and-3. TCU starting QB Chandler Morris is likely to miss multiple games due to a sprained MCL in his left knee.
On Thursday, SMU visits East Carolina while Houston plays host to West Virginia. The Mustangs are 3-and-2, while the Cougars are 2-and-3.
In other action, North Texas hosts Temple on Saturday morning. The Mean Green are 2-and-3.
Texas and Baylor are off this weekend before returning to action on Saturday, October 21. Texas will travel to Houston and Baylor goes to Cincinnati.
