The head of the Texas Department of Public Safety says they're not backing down from pressure by the federal government and Mexico to remove the floating border wall in the Rio Grande. Colonel Steve McCraw says they believe the buoys were initially put on the U.S. side of the border, and that they are not a danger to the environment. A lawsuit over the so-called floating border wall is pending with a federal appeals court.
