Texas Legislators Push To End Vaccine Mandates

With COVID rates in Texas on the decline, state lawmakers say now is the time to get rid of vaccine mandates. State Senator Mayes Middleton says vaccines should not be mandated because younger people are not dying from COVID. Older adults, though, are still at risk. A new CDC report called the virus a "continued public health threat." Seniors account for nearly two-thirds of COVID hospitalizations.
