UTSA is launching a program to support small businesses to secure more government contracts. The Procurement Academy will teach entrepreneurs to successfully navigate contracting agencies on the local, state, and federal level. Local Congressman Joaquin Castro helped get 600-thousand dollars in funding for the academy. Spaces are filling up for the ten-week program.
