San Antonio Police Chief William McManus is responding after footage from three different police shootings is now public. The incidents in question all happened between August 30th and September 4th. The first two shootings were within hours of one another, including a violent spree involving a man shooting at officers after crashing a stolen car along I-10. Chief McManus says the videos highlight the split-second decisions officers have to make in order to protect as many lives as possible, including their own.
