The Texans are going on the road for an AFC South battle. Houston is set to visit the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday afternoon at EverBank Stadium. The Texans are coming off a 31-20 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in their home opener. Cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. suffered a hamstring injury during Wednesday's practice and is reportedly expected to miss Sunday's game after sitting out Thursday's session. Linebacker Denzel Perryman, safety Jalen Pitre and cornerback Tavierre Thomas also did not participate in practice yesterday. In other news, defensive end Derek Rivers has been promoted to the active roster, while cornerback D'Angelo Ross was signed to the practice squad.
