Migrant Child Dies Trying To Cross Rio Grande

Another drowning is being reported in the Rio Grande near the floating border wall deployed by the State of Texas. A three year old was attempting to cross with their family and was swept away by the current. They were part of a massive surge of illegal immigration in the southwest border, with over ten-thousand migrants caught in the last 24 hours alone. That's a return to the record high levels that were recorded in May, before the end of Title 42.
