A San Antonio police officer is hospitalized after three juveniles rammed his patrol car head-on over the weekend. A police drone followed a car that had been reported stolen until it parked around 4:30 p.m. Sunday outside the Studio Suites Hotel on I-10 at Ackerman Road. When an officer pulled into the parking lot, the stolen car crashed into the patrol car head-on. Two of the three juveniles inside the car were detained. An ambulance took the officer to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
