UPDATE: 7 a.m. 8-23-23
Tropical Depression Harold is expected to dissipate today as it continues to move inland. Harold was downgraded to a depression after making landfall as a tropical storm in South Texas on Tuesday. Forecasters say it still may bring heavy rains and powerful winds to the area, along with possible flash flooding. Harold is the second named storm to hit the U.S. this week after Tropical Storm Hilary brought record-breaking rains to Southern California.
