San Antonio ISD may close or consolidate some of its schools in the coming school year. District officials are presenting a "rightsizing" study in a series of community meetings. The district's enrollment has dropped by more than 18-thousand students since 1998. Some parents who favor consolidation are still concerned about class sizes and travel times to different schools. The board will vote on the final recommendation on November 13th.
