Rangers Shutout Marlins To Complete Sweep

Texas completed a sweep of the Marlins at home. The Rangers defeated Miami 6-0 at Globe Life Field. Starting pitcher Andrew Heaney earned his ninth win after delivering five-and-two-thirds scoreless innings. Ezequiel Duran, Adolis Garcia, Nathaniel Lowe and Marcus Semien homered in the Rangers' sixth straight win. Texas is sitting atop the AL West at 66-and-46. They will head west to take on the Oakland Athletics tonight. Right-hander Dane Dunning is slated to start the series opener.
