Texans Training Camp Roundup

The Texans are gearing up for the new season. Houston will continue training camp this week at the Houston Methodist Training Center. Veteran offensive tackle George Fant signed a one-year contract with the team over the weekend. Fant started seven games for the New York Jets last season. In other news, the team waived offensive tackle Dylan Deatherage and wide receiver Amari Rodgers. Deatherage reverted to the team's injured reserve. Cornerback Kendall Sheffield is making his return to action after being reinstated from the PUP list on Sunday.
