Frisco police are admitting officers made a mistake holding an Arkansas family at gunpoint during a traffic stop. Officers stopped a car last Sunday on the Dallas North Tollway they believed was stolen and one officer drew a gun on the family of four. No records came up when an officer inadvertently entered the wrong license plate number. Police body-cam video of the traffic stop was released Friday, along with a statement from Frisco Police Chief David Shilson. Along with offering his apology, Shilson said "Our department will not hide from its mistakes." The family was visiting Texas for a basketball tournament.
