A scare at the Tesla gigafactory in Austin this morning as reports came in claiming shots had been fired and there was a threat at the facility.
The Travis County Sheriff's Department says it received a 911 call at about 4:30 this morning and immediately responded to the facility along with EMS medics ready to treat any possible victims.
A text was sent to employees of the threat and the building was evacuated, but after a search nothing was found. The sheriff's department says no one was hurt and an investigation continues.
