Governor Stitt is looking for a new education secretary. His current secretary, Dr. Katherine Curry, has resigned effectively immediately. In a statement she says the complexity and political environment have led her to the conclusion that she can better serve students and future teachers by dedicating her time and energy to the classroom. She was appointed to the cabinet position just three months ago. Governor Stitt says he wishes Dr. Curry all the best as she returns to the classroom at Oklahoma State University.
