The Astros are celebrating a walk-off win over the Rangers. Houston topped Texas 10-9 to open a three-game series at Minute Maid Park. Yainer Diaz drove in the game-winning run with an RBI single in the bottom of the ninth. Ryan Pressly was credited with the victory after striking out one batter over a scoreless top of the ninth. Chas McCormick slugged his 13th homer of the year with a three-run shot in the seventh. The Astros are now second in the AL West at 57-and-44. Alex Speas was charged with the loss after allowing one run over a third of an inning of relief. Josh Jung and Josh Smith each went deep for Texas, which leads the division at 59-and-42. The two teams will go head-to-head again tonight.
