The Astros finished their two-day stay in Denver with a win. Houston defeated the Colorado Rockies 4-1 to split the two-game set at Coors Field. Chas McCormick belted his 12th home run of the season on a two-run shot in the sixth inning to propel Houston to the win. Starting pitcher Brandon Bielak earned the win after striking out four through five-and-two-thirds scoreless innings. Jose Abreu and M Dubon each drove-in a run as Houston improved to 53-and-43. The Astros continue their road trip tonight against the Oakland Athletics. Right-hander J.P. France is slated to start opposite A's southpaw Hogan Harris in the series opener.
