Astros Beat Rangers In Slugfest To Win Series

The Astros won their series against the Rangers following an epic, 12-11 victory in the finale from Arlington. Houston trailed 11-10 heading into the top of the ninth until Jose Abreu and Chas McCormick each doubled-home runs to take the lead. Ryan Pressly slammed the door shut in the bottom half of the frame to complete the comeback. Kyle Tucker went four-for-four and launched a grand slam for the Astros, who improved to 47-and-38. Houston is second in the AL West. Travis Jankowski crushed a three-run homer and had five RBI for Texas, which dropped to 50-and-35. The Rangers are first in the division.
