The Rangers dropped their home series finale. Texas fell 8-5 to the Detroit Tigers at Globe Life Field. Joe Barlow was charged the loss in relief after starter Cody Bradford allowed three runs over four-and-a-third frames. Leody Taveras and Ezequiel Duran each launched home runs in the setback. Duran has homered in three straight games. The Rangers had a two-game winning streak snapped and fell to 49-and-32. Texas hosts the Astros tonight and sends right-hander Jon Gray to the mound.
