The Rangers picked up a second straight win. Texas defeated the Detroit Tigers 10-2 at Globe Life Field. Dane Dunning allowed two runs over eight-and-two-thirds innings to improve to 7-and-1 on the hill. Dunning struck out 10 and was one out short of a complete game. Adolis Garcia, Josh Jung and Ezequiel Duran all went deep in the victory. The Rangers improved to 49-and-31 and send right-hander Jon Gray to the mound this afternoon for the series finale.
