The Rangers closed out their series against Toronto with a win. Texas defeated the Blue Jays 11-7 at Globe Life Field to win the three-game series. Jonah Heim and Leody Taveras homered in the outing, while Corey Seager went 4-for-5 with three RBI. John King notched his first win of the year after allowing one earned run through three-and-a-third innings of relief. The Rangers are sitting atop the AL West at 44-and-27. They will travel to take on the Chicago White Sox tonight, with left-hander Andrew Heaney slated to start.
