The Astros lost for the second straight day. Houston fell to the Toronto Blue Jays 3-2 at the Rogers Centre. Yordan Alvarez drove in both Houston runs on a two-run blast in the fourth inning. Alvarez is leading the team with 17 home runs and 55 RBI. Hector Neris was charged the loss after allowing the game-winning run in the seventh. Houston has lost three of four to slip to 36-and-26. The Astros will send left-hander Framber Valdez to the mound for the series finale against Toronto tonight.
