Police in Texas have arrested a man they're calling a serial killer. Authorities in Austin said Raul Meza Junior admitted to killing his roommate in Pflugerville earlier this month and implicated himself in another murder in 2019, but could be connected to several more cold cases. Meza was previously convicted of raping and murdering an eight-year-old girl in 1982. He is facing a charge of capital murder.
