The Texans are continuing to sign their 2023 draft class to rookie deals. Houston and second-round pick Juice Scruggs have agreed to a four-year contract. The interior offensive lineman from Penn State's deal is reportedly worth just over six-million dollars and includes a 1.435-million dollar signing bonus. In other news, the team officially signed cornerback Shaquill Griffin to a one-year deal with a reported max value of 4.5-million dollars.
