Road crews in Bexar County and San Antonio are placing barricades in flood-prone areas ahead of heavy weather in the forecast. Heavy rains late Friday night and early Saturday could make for dangerous driving conditions and possible street flooding. Razi Hosseini, director of Public Works, says the city has 144 low water crossings, 111 of which are equipped with flashing lights. He says the roads will be closed if water goes over them. Crews were made available 24-7 as of Thursday night.
