Cristian Javier totaled 11 strikeouts to lead the Astros past the Los Angeles Angels 5-4 in Anaheim. Javier improved to 3-and-1 after allowing two earned runs through six frames, while Ryan Pressly notched his sixth save of the season. Yordan Alvarez hit his eighth home run as the Astros picked up their second straight win. The Astros are sitting third in the AL West at 19-and-18. They will resume their road trip tomorrow night against the Chicago White Sox.
