Officials have more info about the man who killed eight people and wounded seven others in a shooting at a North Texas mall on Saturday. The Allen police say the 33-year-old man had a rifle and a handgun, plus more guns and ammo in his vehicle. An Allen police officer shot and killed the gunman, who was reportedly in the U.S. Army in 2008 but was "removed due to mental health concerns." Gov. Greg Abbott was in Allen on Sunday, where he said gun laws have no effect. Abbott said the key is to address mental health problems.
