Astros Lose To Giants

The Astros struggles at home continued with their second straight loss. Houston suffered a 4-2 letdown to the visiting San Francisco Giants in the series finale at Minute Maid Park. Alex Bregman drove-in Houston's lone runs of the game with a two-run shot in the eighth inning. Starting pitcher Framber Valdez slipped to 2-and-4 after allowing a pair of earned runs and striking out eight through six frames. Houston hits the road to face the Seattle Mariners for a three-game series that begins tomorrow night. Right-hander Cristian Javier will take the hill opposite Seattle's own righty Luis Castillo.
