The Cowboys added a big-bodied defensive tackle with their first round pick. Dallas selected Michigan defensive tackle Mazi Smith the 26th overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Smith totaled 88 tackles, six tackles for a loss and one-half sack in three seasons with the Wolverines. The Cowboys are slated to have their next pick in the second round at 58th overall. The draft continues tonight with rounds two and three.
