The Longhorns are adding an experienced playmaker to their roster. Former Oral Roberts guard Max Abmas has committed to the men's basketball program at Texas. Abmas averaged 21.9 points, 4.4 rebounds and four assists per game this past season. He is the two-time Summit League player of the year and a three-time first-team all-conference nominee. Abmas will help replace the void filled by the departures of guards like Marcus Carr and Sir'Jabari Rice.
