Hollywood Park police are warning Bexar County residents that the next generation of credit card skimmers is here. Officers recently found the device on a pump at a gas station on North Loop 1604 East at Voigt. Police say anybody who used pump 15 should check their bank accounts and statements for unauthorized activity. The new devices reportedly use Bluetooth technology to enable the thief to download stolen data wirelessly while parked near the installed skimmer.
