The Astros held the Tampa Bay Rays to just two hits during a 1-0 win at Tropicana Field. Hunter Brown led the way on the mound, striking out eight over seven innings to improve to 3-and-oh. Ryan Pressly shut the door for his second save in the ninth. The game's only run was scored when Jeremy Pena came home in the first inning because of an error by Wander Franco. Houston has won six of seven to improve to 14-and-11. The Astros return home to host the Philadelphia Phillies for a three-game series that begins tomorrow night.
