A Texas cheerleader is in intensive care after a shooting outside a supermarket near Austin. Police say it happened just after midnight Tuesday when two members of Woodlands Elite Cheer were shot by someone who fired into a car carrying four teen girls. The girls reportedly had pulled up next to the car thinking it belonged to one of them, when one tried to open the door. Reports are that she was trying to apologize to the man in the car when he allegedly opened fire, hitting two of the girls.

One was treated at the scene and the other was airlifted to a hospital. Authorities searched through the night for a suspect before arresting a 25-year-old man who's been charged with deadly conduct.
