It was ten years ago today that a fertilizer storage facility West, Texas, exploded, killing 15 people. The blast left a ten-foot deep crater. More than 150 buildings in the town of West were damaged or destroyed. The federal investigation found that the fire had been deliberately set. No arrests have been made. The ATF, today, issued a reminder that a $50,000 reward is still up for grabs.
