Spurs, Rockets, Pistons Hold Best Odds For NBA Draft Lottery

Three teams are tied for the best odds in this year's NBA Draft lottery. The Detroit Pistons, San Antonio Spurs and Houston Rockets finished with the three worst records in the league and all hold a 14-percent chance to win the lottery. The Rockets could end up with a top-three pick for a second straight year after earning the third pick in 2022. The 2023 NBA Draft Lottery is scheduled for May 16th.
