No Discipline For Uvalde Students Who Walked Out In Gun Protest

Hundreds of Uvalde CISD students who left school on Wednesday during anti-gun protests won't be disciplined this time. Interim superintendent Gary Patterson the students were participating in National School Walkout Day, which provides a place on campus for the kids to go after they walk out of class. But Patterson says between 100 and 200 students at Uvalde High School and Morales Junior High broke school rules by leaving campus during the protests. He says if it happens again, the students will face consequences.
