Officials are investigating an envelope mailed to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office. The envelope, which had a suspicious powder inside, was addressed to Bragg and also had a note making a death threat against him. A Post Office marking on the envelope also showed it came from Orlando, Florida. The DA's office was not evacuated and no one was injured. In addition, the powder was found not to be hazardous. This comes as Bragg weighs whether to ask a grand jury to indict former President Trump for an alleged payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels to stay quiet about an affair.
