Attorneys for former Dallas Cowboys star Michael Irvin are sharing a video of Irvin at a Phoenix hotel where an employee accused him of making unwelcome sexual advances towards her. Irvin says he believes the video shows nothing inappropriate happened.
"We used to say when we played football, the eye in the sky, don't tell lie," said Irvin. "I'm so thankful for this video, because without it, I don't know where this would have gone.
The initial $100 million lawsuit filed by Irvin against Marriott Hotels and others was dropped in Texas in order to be moved to state court in Arizona where the alleged incident happened last month. Irvin was removed from NFL Network's coverage of the Super Bowl after the allegations were made.
