The Texans are adding a veteran to their quarterback room. Houston added E.J. Perry via waivers from the Jacksonville Jaguars. Perry went undrafted in 2022 out of Brown. According to multiple reports, the team is re-signing center Scott Quessenberry to a one-year deal. The 27-year-old started 16 games for the Texans last season.
