A new H-E-B is on the drawing board to anchor a development under construction between San Antonio and Boerne. Lemon Creek Ranch will be a 118-acre shopping center on I-10 northwest of Fair Oaks Parkway and Dietz Elkhorn Road, featuring retail, office space, restaurants, and more than 25-acres of parks with a hike-and-bike trail system. H-E-B bought almost 14 acres at the site just over two-years ago. The project will also feature 600 to 700 multi-family townhomes and a 180-room hotel.
