The Mavericks closed out strong for a big win at home. Dallas defeated the visiting Utah Jazz 120-116 at the American Airlines Center. Kyrie Irving scored 13 of the team's final 16 points to close out the game in crunch time. Irving finished the game with a team-high 33 points while knocking down all 10 of his shots at the free throw line. Luka Doncic filled the stat sheet with 29 points, 10 rebounds, six assists, two steals and a block. Tim Hardaway Jr. converted 7-of-9 shots from beyond the arc to total 24 points off the bench. The Mavs improve to 34-and-32. They will visit the New Orleans Pelicans tonight.
