Former Dallas Cowboy Sam Hurd is out of federal prison. Reports say the ex-wide receiver was released last month after serving 10 years of a 15-year sentence for drug trafficking. Hurd was on the Chicago Bears in 2011 when was arrested by federal agents in a sting operation. He had met with an undercover agent at a steakhouse in Illinois to discuss possibly buying large quantities of cocaine and marijuana to distribute.
