Texas Climate Activist Sentenced For Pipeline Bombing Attempt

 A Texas man who tried to blow up an oil pipeline is going to federal prison. Ryan McKinney planted the bomb as part of his ideological fight against climate change. The explosion failed to damage the Permian Highway Pipeline near Austin and he turned himself in. The 22-year old has been sentenced to five-years in jail.
