Texas is leading a coalition of 20 states in suing the Biden administration over a new immigration program. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed the lawsuit on Tuesday in a federal district court in Victoria. Last month, Biden announced a program that would allow 30-thousand people per month to enter the U.S. legally from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela if they meet certain conditions. The lawsuit claims the program is illegal.
