Cowboys running back Tony Pollard has undergone surgery on his injured left ankle, according to multiple sources. Pollard suffered a high ankle sprain and fractured fibula in Sunday's NFC Divisional round loss to the 49ers. The 25-year-old underwent a "tightrope" procedure on his ankle that should have him at full strength well before training camp. The fractured fibula is expected to heal with time. Pollard is set to hit free agency for the first time in his career this March. He is coming off a career-year where he totaled 1,378 yards from scrimmage and 12 touchdowns.
