Families of the Uvalde school shooting victims are calling for gun control as the current session of the Texas Legislature gets underway. Relatives of the 21 victims are mainly pushing to raise the legal age to buy an assault-style rifle from 18 to 21. Gov. Greg Abbott and other Republicans have said such a move would be unconstitutional. Abbott's inauguration to his third term is scheduled for today.
