A member of the Texas Rangers is out of a job for inaction during the mass shooting at Robb Elementary last year. The Texas Department of Public Safety terminated Ranger Christopher Kindell for his response to the May 24th shooting that left 21 people dead. Kindell is the first Ranger to be fired for his role in the Uvalde response, and the second officer fired, following Sergeant Juan Maldonado. At least seven DPS officers were put under investigation. Kindell says he plans to appeal the decision.
