President Joe Biden is in Mexico today after finally visiting the Texas border. He's in Mexico City to discuss migration issues with President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at the North American Leaders' Summit. Other topics on the agenda include fentanyl trafficking, economic development, and trade. On Sunday, Biden stopped in El Paso, where he met with local officials to address border security issues.
