TCU QB Max Duggan Finishes Second In Heisman Voting

TCU quarterback Max Duggan finished second in the Heisman Trophy voting. The Horned Frogs' signal caller received 188 first-place votes. Duggan has led TCU to its first College Football Playoff appearance after passing for over 33-hundred yards and 30 touchdowns this season. TCU will face Michigan in the CFP Semifinal on New Year's Eve.
